<td>Conquest is M&R’s versatile multi-color UV carousel printing system. Its unique design reduces labor costs by printing and curing up to six colors simultaneously. Since substrates don’t need to be dried and stacked between colors, they don’t have to be handled repeatedly. This prevents dimensional changes to substrates, and is especially beneficial for fragile substrates like glass. Since Conquest delivers finished prints in one revolution, it’s possible to do color and registration adjustments for customer approval prior to the production run.</td>

<td>Guardian II, the industry’s most efficient, innovative, and affordable high-production graphic gas dryer, is available in belt widths from 122 to 213 cm (48" to 84"). Not only does it have the highest production capacity in its class, it’s also the most energy efficient. Heavy-duty thermal insulation prevents heat from migrating into the workplace; CoolSkin technology leaves the dryer skin cool to the touch; and exhaust gasses heat incoming air. Fast cure rates and high product throughput maximize dryer capacity and minimize per-unit cost. Available in liquid propane (LP) or Natural Gas (NG), the high performance burners are designed with excess capacity that far exceeds consumption rates under normal operating conditions.</td>

<td>Switchback and Vitran II are the finest UV cure systems available. M&R’s patented dual-reflector technology delivers faster curing, lower energy costs, and cooler operation. Each system uses a secondary reflector—positioned at the top of the primary reflector—to capture the energy that normally bounces down onto the lamp. The secondary reflector redirects this UV energy onto the substrate, speeding the curing process while saving energy and prolonging lamp life. Open-top reflector chambers allow heat and ozone to escape. Powerful turbines hold down even lightweight substrates while drawing cool air under the reflector and across the belt and lamps. </td>

The hot air after filtration will directly contact the materials and the moisture will be rapidly evaporated and the drops will be dried into small dry particles. <td>One of the highest-cost areas for today’s modern coating lines continues to be the drying of parts after the pretreatment, post-wash and prepaint cycles. One way to reduce drying costs is by implementing effective blow-of drying. <td>Protects Against Heat and Contamination in Hazardous Areas! Keep electrical panels cool, clean and protected with the all-new alternative to expensive explosion-proof air conditioners and thermoelectric coolers. When used in conjunction with a purge/pressurization system, the Hazardous Location Duty (HazLoc) Vortex A/C provides essential enclosure cooling protection. When not operating in a cooling mode (when the unit’s integrated mechanical thermostat senses acceptable enclosure temperatures), the purge system creates positive pressure in the enclosure. This occurs as the HazLoc Vortex A/C’s integrated check valve seals off the cold air outlet, thus allowing the purge system to maintain the requisite pressure to block gases, vapors, etc. </td>

<td>The Ironman Integral Web and Conditioning unit consists of an L-wrap roller which turns the horizontal web downwards by a 90° angle. This roller has a web guiding function and replaces conventional tilt-box design web guides downstream. Following the L-wrap roller, a highly innovative silicone application unit seals both sides of the web and increases web moisture. The web then passes through a modular chill stack where it is cooled down to press room temperature. The number of rollers depends upon the speed of the press.</td>

By its compact design and process integration, the Ironman saves floorspace in comparison to a traditional dryer-chill-roll combination with tilt-box web guide and silicone applicator, which often require additional structure in the press. Web break detectors, colour density controls and load cells to measure web tension can be integrated into the system. <td>Light curing technology has allowed manufacturers to lower processing costs, produce higher quality products, and eliminate the use of harmful chemicals from the workplace for over 30 years. Realizing the tremendous opportunity for cost savings, expanded design capabilities, and environmentally "friendly" bonding and sealing solutions, DYMAX introduced UV light-curable adhesives and coatings to manufacturers in the early 1980's. Since that time the company has specialized in UV light-curing assembly solutions and now offers the broadest range of UV light-curable materials available and a complete line of UV light-curing equipment. </td>

<td>Increased UV intensity equates to greater ease of use by shrinking tact time, expanding irradiation area, and allowing greater freedom in head installation. Years of experience have enabled us to create a compact size that’s equipped with an irradiation display function that works with an UV sensor. Environmentally friendly, it is CE and RoHS compliant. <td>Our Rapid Ambient Air Vial Dryer reduces vial drying time by using an advected evaporative drying system. Vials need to be dried prior to labeling, inspection, or packaging, due to the condensation that forms when vials are moved from refrigerated storage into an ambient room. Normally vials in trays will take 45 minutes or more for condensation to dry. Our system will dry your product in a fraction of the time. This typically will range between 5 to 10 minutes depending on the product.
