The Admiral 4W delivers the reliability, versatility and ease of operation our customers have come to expect from Kliklok packaging machines. It features vertical delivery of formed cartons directly onto an outfeed conveyor for transport to the product loading area. Flighted conveyors can also be attached to and driven by the Admiral 4W.

The Cyclone SF bagmaker is a third generation continuous motion vertical, form-fill-seal packaging machine. It incorporates a unique, patented, sealing motion based on a hypocycloidal geometric path, to provide extended seal dwell time with a smooth, natural trajectory motion. Cyclone SF provides a number of standard features specifically designed to meet the needs of the snack food industry, including a product clamp and settler. It features an "off-the-shelf" PLC-based control system, and Insight® color touch screen operator interface. The Cyclone is also available in a non-snack version.

Kliklok's SR4W, lock-style carton forming machine is designed with the capability to form large carton sizes at moderate speeds. It can be used to supply independent or existing conveyor systems, or to drive complete form-convey-close top-load packaging lines. The SR4 series is available in several configurations including single or double head and extra-wide designs to match speed and carton size range requirements.

The Uni2 Packaging System was originally put together specifically for low- to mid-volume snack manufacturers in the Mexico, Central and Latin America markets. The Uni2 produces pillow-pouch bags at speeds up to 80 bpm and can handle bag widths up to 250 mm. KW's exclusive Insight® icon-based, multilingual, color touch screen operator interface includes automatic program setup and instant program changeover. A code dater and a quick-change former assembly round out the feature set.

The Vari-Right, a three-flap, right-angle closer for top-load cartons has a revolutionary variable pitch design. It incorporates the dual benefits of lugged carton control and random in-feed timing - both the result of "infinitely variable" flight centers. Patented "pop-up" lug technology has been optimized in a full servo motor platform. Vari-Right's unique design couples the carton control benefits of a lugged carton closer without sacrificing the advantages of a random style carton infeed.

The Vari-Straight is a straight-line closer for tri-seal topload cartons that takes Kliklok-Woodman's revolutionary variable pitch technology to a higher level. To provide a controlled carton turn without a change in direction, the unique turning bed features "pop-up" turning bars that capture the cartons and guide them through a 90° turn and into the charlotte closing section. The inherent slip and timing issues associated with conventional "lugless" carton closers are eliminated.
