The materials are atomized into foggy liquid drops by atomizing nozzle through the high pressure produced in the high pressure pump and are sprayed into the drying chamber. The hot air after filtration will directly contact the materials and the moisture will be rapidly evaporated and the drops will be dried into small dry particles. The equipment is applicable for drying of various heat sensitive materials, such as milk, soybean milk, liquid egg, fruit and vegetable juice, liquid medicine, protein powder, sugar powder, tea leaves and various powder food additives.
