Thanks to its modular design, the double-end KHS Innoclean DM bottle washer can be configured to meet a variety of bottle washing requirements. Other energy and water-saving features are available in addition to the functions and characteristics for energy-saving and resource-conserving operation already offered in the standard version.

Bottle crates need to be cleaned after decrating to remove foreign objects and surface soiling. The crate turner removes foreign objects. The crate washer removes surface soiling. The Innoclean KW is a compact spray crate washer made of stainless steel (AISI 304 (1.4301)) designed to wash all standard plastic beverage crates. The treatment zones are arranged according to customer requirements. All processing needs can be met by offering machines of various lengths and numbers of lanes.

KHS Innoclean SEC is the innovative KHS compact single-end bottle washer with a capacity of up to 25,000 bottles per hour, custom-made for medium-sized businesses. Patented drive technology on the infeed and discharge and transportation of the bottles in sturdy plastic cells guarantees gentle, low-fault bottle processing. Together with the patent-pending, energy-saving ECO carrier and patented Drive-Jet spraying, the Innoclean SEC bottle washer achieves exceptional cleaning results with minimal energy, water and chemical consumption.

The Innofill DMD is a mechanically controlled can filling system equipped with return gas tubes. The Innofill DMD is designed to fill beer, fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, mineral water, and non-carbonated beverages in cans. It is also able to hot-fill products such as juices. This filling system achieves filling capacities of up to 120,000 cans per hour while adhering to exact fill levels without product loss. All sequences of the Innofill DMD are automated and all processes are documented and reproducible at all times.

For the Innofill DRV, on which fully hygienic design criteria have been implemented, KHS offers a complete design concept featuring a rinser and a capping solution. The computer-controlled volumetric filler enables the bottling of both soft drinks and still drinks. The visual configuration and design of these components are based on the filler solution. Complex drive pulling forces are no longer necessary by means of transmission units and universal joint shafts; the control of the rinser, filler and capper block takes place by means of modern servo technology. Plastic grip elements that hold PET bottles via their neck ring ensure the highest level of safety and system reliability.

The Innofill NRF is a computer-controlled, glass bottle filler that uses probes integrated into the filling tubes to determine fill levels. It is designed to fill wine and sparkling wine in glass bottles; cold and hot filling are possible. The Innofill NRF achieves filling capacities of up to 40,000 bottles/hr while adhering to exact fill volumes. All sequences of the Innofill NRF are automated and all processes are documented and reproducible at all times. This filler can be monoblocked with a bottle rinser.

The conveyor is the connecting link between the individual machines that ensures that the line operates to maximum capacity. KHS Innoline container conveyors are comprised of modularly designed elements that can be combined as desired virtually free of interfaces. KHS has a suitable module for all kinds of applications: Low pressure machine infeed and discharge systems, Pressureless container combining (DF), Wave former, Redistribution stations with blunt or parallel pushover, Corner turntables and bends, Container skimming, Mass conveying with buffer function, and Buffer tables.

The KHS Innopouch K-series is a horizontally working form- fill- and seal-machine processing heat sealable film from flat roll stock. By means of temperature controlled sealing tools bags are sealed still open at the top end. The servo driven film feeder pulls the film towards the cutting station. On this way a registration mark reader detects the individual bags, the signal of which is provided to the cutting knife to precisely cut off the indiviual bags off the hose of bags.

The beverage sector is always on the lookout for new efficient solutions when it comes to manufacturing and filling PET bottles. At the same time, the key objective is to keep the total operating costs particularly low. These are influenced by numerous factors: For example, the consistent development/use of lightweight bottles results in an optimum balance in terms of bottle stability and weight. Through this, material costs can be kept as low as possible. The compact InnoPET BloFill enables particularly efficient manufacturing and filling of PET bottles.
