Its innovative design allows to transform the PTH-900 Automatic Bag Placer into a fully automatic open-mouth bagger.

The AR-200 Series Robotic Palletizing Cell is a flexible palletizing system that is a perfect complement to our family of conventional palletizers. As a single source for these two approaches, we offer the best solution for any palletizing application. Our robotic cell can simultaneously gather from up to four different incoming product lines. It can just as easily be configured to fit in tighter layouts to palletize one incoming product. Empty pallet and slip sheet handling by the robot itself is also available to provide the most cost effective solution in lower speed applications.

The Cimbria Cyclofan is a combination of a fan and a highly efficient mechanical dust separator, specially developed to process moist air from grain dryers. The effective separation of dust particles is based on the centrifugal force in a rotating air-stream, which is obtained by a specially designed centrifugal impeller and increased by means of guide vanes. The powerful rotation hurls the dust particles against the cylinder walls, where the dust-laden air is separated from the rest of the air in the separation section and led to the mini cyclone. The mini cyclone separates the remaining air - approximately 5 %of the total amount of air - from the dust, which is then discharged through an air lock valve into a bag or a dust container.

The CIMBRIA HEID CENTRICOATER is designed for the application of coating value added seeds with costly seed treating materials. The system is a continuous batch operation utilising a highly accurate electronic scale together with a highly accurate chemical dosing system controlled by a PLC. The system provides improved seed coverage and a more uniform distribution of treatment materials on the seed as compared to traditional continuous operating drum type treaters.

The E Series Net Weigh Scales are designed to satisfy the most stringent international regulatory requirements to meet the highest demands for precision weighing, performance and reliability. They can be integrated into automatic bagging lines for pre-made open-mouth bags or for bags made from a film roll. They can also be used as a manual bagging station in combination with a bag clamp and closing system.

The indent cylinder is used for grading by length all granular materials such as wheat, oats, fine seeds, lentils, for separating stalks from sunflower and beet seeds and for separating unwanted long or short product impurities. The size of grains can vary between 1.0 mm and 24 mm. The product passes from the inlet housing into the interior of the rotating cylinder, the cover of which is provided with impressed pockets or so-called indents. The grains that embed themselves in the indents, will be carried and after a certain distance, will fall out of the pockets into the trough (yellow arrows), and will be discharged by a screw conveyor.

The LH-400 Series Stretch Hooder is a fully automatic system designed to mechanically stretch and apply a film hood to a pallet load. It allows for high-speed hood covering of heavy or unstable loads with consistent strength. In fact, basic capacities of up to 110 loads per hour can be achieved. Maximum flexibility is designed into the LH-400 Series to offer maximum efficiency. Moreover, different parameter sets allow meeting the securing requirements for various products to be hooded.

The LW-300 Series Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper is a fully automatic system designed to apply a mechanically pre-stretched film with tension to a pallet load. Its overhead rotary arm, which eliminates the need to rotate the load, allows for high speed wrapping of heavy or unstable loads with consistent strength. Capacities up to 70 loads per hour can be achieved while maintaining a precise control of the film stretch and force. Maximum flexibility is designed into the LW-300 Series to offer maximum efficiency. Different parameter sets allow meeting the securing requirements for each product to be wrapped. The LW-300 Series stretch wrapper can integrate a top sheet dispenser.

The PTH-900 Series Automatic Bag Placer is designed for gusseted and pillow type open-mouth bags. It can handle paper and laminated polywoven bags at up to 20 bags per minute. The bag placer takes a bag from a stack and opens it using a vacuum blower. Spacers enter the bag to open the gusset for optimum fillingThe bag is then placed on the spout for the filling process and is finally released onto a closing conveyor. This automatic bag placer has a modular design, which can be upgraded to a fully automated bagger that reforms the bag, removes it from the spout and carries it into the closing system. Control of the bag top is maintained throughout the process, for optimum reliability.

The machine consists of a self supporting steel section frame, carrying the variable frame with the fly-wheel drive and the adjustment of inclination (6-15°) of the separator table. The vibrating movement of the table is effected by an eccentric drive (through electric motor and belt drive). The deck surface is covered by a closed hood, containing large sight glasses and an inspection door. The exhaust duct for the required air consumption is connected to this hood. The required air volume is aspirated through the deck insert, which is permeable to air and can easily be folded down for cleaning or replacement purposes. Air volume and material input are adjusted to each of the required operation conditions by means of adjustable flaps.
