Conquest is M&R’s versatile multi-color UV carousel printing system. Its unique design reduces labor costs by printing and curing up to six colors simultaneously. Since substrates don’t need to be dried and stacked between colors, they don’t have to be handled repeatedly. This prevents dimensional changes to substrates, and is especially beneficial for fragile substrates like glass. Since Conquest delivers finished prints in one revolution, it’s possible to do color and registration adjustments for customer approval prior to the production run.

Guardian II, the industry’s most efficient, innovative, and affordable high-production graphic gas dryer, is available in belt widths from 122 to 213 cm (48" to 84"). Not only does it have the highest production capacity in its class, it’s also the most energy efficient. Heavy-duty thermal insulation prevents heat from migrating into the workplace; CoolSkin technology leaves the dryer skin cool to the touch; and exhaust gasses heat incoming air. Fast cure rates and high product throughput maximize dryer capacity and minimize per-unit cost. Available in liquid propane (LP) or Natural Gas (NG), the high performance burners are designed with excess capacity that far exceeds consumption rates under normal operating conditions.

Processor II E is simply the finest inline multi-color print /cure system available. It has larger four-post shafts and enclosed heavy‑duty printheads with extrusions twice as wide as the previous generation. Features include master touch-screen control panels at the load and unload stations, with secondary touch-screen panels at each printhead. Printhead and UV settings can be controlled from any touch-screen. Processor II E can support up to eight cameras feeding video into an oversize display panel, allowing operators at the load and unload stations to closely monitor each printhead and the unloading process.

Renegade is the most compact press in the Renegade Series. Designed for high line-count four-color process printing, Renegades produce exceptional results by allowing pressure to be focused on the image area. Standard features include repositionable squeegee/ floodbar pressure cylinders and Job Recall, which allows operators to store settings like peel ratio, dwell time, and start and duration times for blowback and vacuum. Renegade LS is the largest version of M&R’s innovative line of flatbed graphic press. These settings can be recalled later for repeat jobs—or for any jobs requiring similar settings—significantly reducing setup times. Renegades deliver superb print quality on virtually all substrates, including posters, banners, vinyl, fleet-marking, glass, metal, and display panels. The hardened steel 13 cm (5") lift columns and heavy-duty print carriage ensure years of smooth, vibration-free printing.

Renegade XL is the extended version of M&R’s innovative line of flatbed graphic presses. By allowing operators to add additional pressure to the center of the squeegee and floodbar with two independently controlled center cylinders, Renegade XL helps ensure uniform pressure across the length of the squeegee. Standard features include Job Recall, which allows operators to store settings like peel ratio, dwell time, and start and duration times for blowback and vacuum. These settings can be recalled later for repeat jobs—or for any jobs requiring similar settings—significantly reducing setup times.

Saturn Platinum II sets the standard for high tolerance printing in a compact press, with a level of control and quality normally found only in large, expensive presses. It’s ideal for applications where absolute precision is critical, delivering exceptional results on circuit boards, nameplates, panels, backlit graphics, flexible membrane switches, glass, ceramics, and four-color halftone printing. Saturn Platinum II uses separate motors for lift/lower and print/flood. The variable frequency AC electric drive motors are brushless and maintenance free. Saturn Platinum II’s heavy-duty, chatter-free design and flat metal-alloy vacuum bed provide the rigidity and stability necessary for high-quality prints and long press life.

Switchback and Vitran II are the finest UV cure systems available. M&R’s patented dual-reflector technology delivers faster curing, lower energy costs, and cooler operation. Each system uses a secondary reflector—positioned at the top of the primary reflector—to capture the energy that normally bounces down onto the lamp. The secondary reflector redirects this UV energy onto the substrate, speeding the curing process while saving energy and prolonging lamp life. Open-top reflector chambers allow heat and ozone to escape. Powerful turbines hold down even lightweight substrates while drawing cool air under the reflector and across the belt and lamps.
