The bottle cleaner allows product bottles to be cleaned with vacuum and ionized air. The cleaner is able to remove dust and other free flowing debris from the inside of a bottle. Approximate speed of 40bpm. For speeds up to 120 per minute the Delta-Wrap includes the powerful Servo Herma 400 PREMIUM head and a stainless steel enclosed base Cabinet with an anodized aluminum top plate, and a 9’ long sanitary raised bed Stainless Steel conveyor. The Stainless steel sloped control box with a Color touch panel has an Omron PLC with recipe management as standard, or an Allen Bradley PLC as an optional Extra. The machine comes complete with a variable speed product separation wheel and 4'' Tall x 14'' Long wrap belt as standard.

The Polaris inline piston filler is designed for fully automatic operation. Ideal for filling thick products into bottles and jars (creams, gels, mayonnaise, jam, cosmetics and chemical products). The Polaris is available in a variety of configurations including 4, 6, 12, 14, 16 filling heads. Volume is easily adjustable, using a central hand-wheel or servo motor as an upgrade. The Polaris comes standard with positive shut off nozzles, available in several different diameters. Full and partial nozzle diving systems also available.

There are over 30 years of liquid filling experience built into this machine. The AF1 is the small liquid filler you’ve been waiting for ... Performance, versatility, quick changeover at a low cost. The AESPump features 316 stainless steel construction. Pumping can be implemented by gear sets in either Teflon or SS 316. Lobe gears are available for handling pastes, creams and gels. The machine can draw product from either above or below by simply rotating the AESPump on its docking plate. The AF1 can be configured with a variety of options.

Caps at speeds of 0 - 120 bpm (cap and bottle dependent) and includes four pairs of easy adjust cap tightening stations. The final 2 pairs of cap tightening stations come standard with pneumatic slip clutches. Pressure sensitive labeler. Including Herma ""PREMIUM"" SERVO Labeling applicator, the World's most advanced Head with variable speed and can dispense over 2 feet/sec! Products are loaded from the conveyor into a starwheel with twin rollers at each starwheel pocket. The starwheel rotates to the labeling station located adjacent to a motorized wrap belt. The product is therefore securely held at 3 separate stabilizing points. With the container so stable, a label is perfectly applied. The wrap around belt finishes the job by turning the product with its label still securely held. As the rotation speed of the product is higher than the transportation speed of the product, the application of the label can reach very high production rates.

The Hermes rotary automatic capper is designed to place various types of caps (screw, press-on and tamperproof caps) onto corresponding bottles. Available in 2-8 capping heads.

The Sigma automatic tube filler is designed for loading, filling and sealing plastic, laminate and metal tubes. The economically priced Sigma is ideal for the food and cosmetic industries. The Sigma comes standard with a piston filler set up, yet can be equipped with positive displacement gear pumps allowing for a wide range of product viscosities. The large tube magazine allows for easy operator loading. Tubes are automatically loaded into the starwheel and properly oriented using a photocell sensor and rotating station. Tubes are then filled, sealed, coded, cut and ejected. Many additional options available.
