Combining versatility and functionality, HEISLER is excited to introduce our NEW 31,000 Servo Adjustable Case Packer. Pack half-pints, pints, quarts, and gallons on one machine. Your product can be packed in cases, trays or on a pad. The HEISLER 31,000 Servo Adjustable Case Packer automatically erects, packs and seals at up 28/minute of different pre-selected patterns. We feature servo product pushers, which allow for high speed acceleration and deceleration for gentler can movement. The tool-less product changeover allows you to change over to a different size in under 15 minutes. Our touch screen operator interface (HMI), featuring HEISLER’s exclusive interactive diagnostics, comes standard on every 31,000 Servo Adjustable Case Packer.

The HEISLER Pail De-lidder makes automatic lid removal quick and easy. The Automatic Pail De-lidder quickly and efficiently separates the top portion of a container lid from the locking ring at up to 25 units per minute. The pail is indexed into the lid cutting station where the pail lid cutter extends and engages the lid just below the pail lip. The pail is spun until the lid is cut all around the pail. The lid cutter safely retracts so the lid can be easily removed by hand or by an optional automated pail lid remover system. A pail dumper is also available. One unique feature of the Automatic De-Lidder System is that the locking ring stays captured on the container.

The HEISLER 71,000 Series Labeler is designed to easily and automatically apply labels to small containers. Labels stack horizontally. No change parts for different size labels. Precisely controlled label pick. Labels feed accurately regardless of glue film adjustment. Orientation equipment for gallon cans with "ears". Uses glue that's inexpensive, readily available and water soluble.

The HEISLER Lid Placers are designed to dispense, position, and seal lids on filled containers. Our Lid Placers are available in models for plastic and metal containers. These machines come in fixed or adjustable models. For lids that require orienting, the Lid Placer can be equipped to orient a spout in relation to the handle. Our Lid Placers can dispense up to 40 lids per minute. We have semi-automatic to fully automatic models available. Closer options include roller, traversing press, crimping, and screw-on.

In the process of pail palletizing, box palletizing, drum palletizing, or case palletizing, the containers are conveyed to the upstacker where they are column stacked from the bottom and pushed onto the loading platform. Pallets are fed from the bottom of the hopper to beneath the loading platform, where a row of stacked pails and/or cases is then transferred onto the pallet. The pallet is then moved to the next position and the process is repeated until the pallet pattern is complete

Pails with lids placed on them are slid onto the powered section of the infeed conveyor. The conveyor carries the pails under the screw closer. The pail is clamped while the screw closer moves down onto the lid. The lid is engaged to correctly align the lid/pail threads. Once the threads are engaged, the closer will screw the lid onto the pail until the tamperproof latches are engaged.
