Used Avery Automatic Front and Back Pressure Sensitive Labeler, Model 900. Serial #: 79107. Unit is designed to apply 2 labels at one time. Comes with a 6’ long motorized conveyor complete with guide rails, motorized hold down belt, integrated control panels and sits on locking castors. Can do up to a 6” high label. Electrics: 1/60/110 volts. Was last used in a large cosmetics company and is available for immediate delivery. Note: A motorized wrap around station can be added for an additional cost.

Used Bosch GFK Model 330 Automatic Capsule Filling Machine. Serial # 64011. Features: Plexiglas safety doors, Size “0” change parts, 2 dosing Disc 18mm and 21.8mm, and Vacuum Pump. Electrics: 3Ph/50Hz/420V motor. (220V Transformer included) This unit will produce approximately 250 capsules per minute. Last used in a pharmaceutical facility. Unit is in Good Operating Condition. Used Capsulit 2 Head Automatic “Push On” Capper. Serial #: 6085. Unit was manufactured in 1982 and comes with the following features: 18” diameter vibratory cap feeder, 2 head capper, star wheel in feed, 10’ variable speed conveyor with 4-1/2” wide belt and adjustable guide rails, Plexiglas guarding with integrated safety interlocks and a separate control panel with start/stop, emergency stop, variable controls for conveyor and bowl. Unit sits on leveling legs and was last used in a large pharmaceutical facility. Electrics: 3/60/480 volts, Conveyor 1/60/115Volts. Comes complete and is available for immediate delivery.

Used Fitzpatrick 6” x 7” Chilsonator. Unit was manufactured in 2001/02. Features: all Stainless Steel contact parts, is mounted on a Stainless Steel frame with casters. Main Drive Motor for the 6” x 7” Rolls: 10 HP, 3/60/220-440 volts, 1200 RPM on motor and the unit has a Maximum RPM of 84 with a Minimum of 11.3, gear ratio: 26.13, vari-drive. The hopper screw feed vari-drive motor is 1.9 Hp, 3/60/220-440 volts, 1800 rpm, gear ratio: 13.67, with a minimum of 500 and a Maximum of 3000 RPM. Hopper opening: 12.5” x 7”. In Good Operating Condition. Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks from receipt of 50% deposit.

Used Garland 60 US Gallon Electric Heated Stainless Steel Kettle. Tag Number CRN: K0152.5. Unit was manufactured in 1988. Kettle measures 30” Diameter x 24” Depth with a 1 ½ Centre Bottom Drain and comes with a Hinged Lid. Unit has a working pressure of 293 F Degrees at 50 PSI. Electrics: 115/208 Volts. Delivery: Immediate.

Used J.H. Day 40 Gallon Pony Mixer. Comes with 1 Stainless Steel mixing bowl, a side scraper, manual lifting head, safety guarding, start/stop controls, timer and is powered by a 5 HP, 3/60/480 volt drive. Bowl Dimensions: 26” diameter x 18” deep. Both the bowl and blades turn for greater product mixing. Bowl rpm: 23 to 47. Mixer rpm: 30 to 62. Unit was last used in a Large Pharmaceutical Facility and is in Good Operating Condition. The outside of the mixer is painted in “Steel It” paint. Overall dimensions: 5’ x 3’ x 5’ high.

Used Jones Intermittent Motion Vertical Cartoner Model IMV. S/N IMV-274. Semi-auto Vertical cartoner designed for operators to place products into erect cartons. Set up for reverse tuck. Carton Range: 1”-4” Length x ¾”-2-3/4” Width x 1-3/4”-7” Depth. Rated at 60-100 per minute, depending on product and carton. Last erecting cartons for cosmetics including nail polish. Electrics: 3/60/460V. Dimensions: 10’ Long x 5’ Wide x 6’ High.

Used King Model CF-60(R) Automatic Cottoner. Serial #240. Machine has all Stainless Steel contact parts and is on an enclosed “Steel It” painted base. Unit is capable of up to 60 bottles per minute and can do different lengths of cotton/rayon. Equipped with manual height adjustment and safety guarding around cotton inserter. Was removed from production at a large pharmaceutical facility in December 2008. Electrics: 3/60/208 volts. Note: Does not come with any conveyor.

Used Mueller 1500 Gallon (Approximate) Stainless Steel Mixing Tank with Side Bottom Sweep Agitation and one baffle. Unit is rated for150 PSI. Unit comes with Dished Top and Cone Bottom with bottom valve. Delivery: 1-2 weeks.

Used Visual Pak 6 Station Automatic Rotary Blister Heat Seal Machine, Model SDS6S-1418. Serial #42460994. This unit is designed for medium to higher volume of 10 cycles per minute. Comes with Automatic Infeed and Discharge. Unit features start/stop, emergency stop, temperature controls, dwell time controls and rotary table speed controls. Sealing area: 14” x 18”, Blister depth: 3 ¼”, Seal pressure: 2900 lbs @ 100 psi, Seal time: 0-99 seconds, Dwell time: 0-99 seconds. Electrics: 1/60/110.
