ALASKA belt conveyors are through the simple and robust design very useful in combination with the various Arenco machines. ALASKA is available in different lengths and widths. The conveyor is made of stainless steel and meets the high demands in the food industry. It can be delivered with adjustable belt speed.

C30 is a angle built compact box closing machine with a small footprint. It handles the cartons very smoothly. The easy and quick size change is operated with handwheels and digital read outs. With the flexible overhead belt system C30 can handle limited overload without jam. Care has been taken regarding reliability, easy access for operator’s maintenance and service. The machine is made of stainless steel and meets the high demands in the food industry.

CALIFORNIA - a fully automatic, angle built compact three flap closer working with hot melt glue system. Both carton and corrugated board in a wide range of sizes can be handled. By the use of hand wheels in combination with meters showing the set size, you can make ready for operation with a new size in only 2-3 minutes. No adjustment or tuning is required after the change of size.

The Sprinter ES-S seals paperboard lids to trays with various heat sealable coatings. The sealing principle in this case is based on heat generated within the paperboard by means of microwave energy. The sealable coating thus approaches melt point from this energy and forms a seal between tray and lid after compression and cooling. Trays filled with product are conveyed into the machine. A lid is automatically placed onto each tray. Opposite sides of tray/lid pass through electronic activator and are sealed. The tray is then rotated 90° and remaining two sides are likewise sealed. This method of electronic heat sealing gives excellent seals at higher speeds and with less power consumption than other conventional sealing methods.

F60-2 is a mechanically operated box forming machine, designed to form boxes or trays at a capacity up to 70 strokes per minute. Depending on box size and quality the output is approx 120 cartons per minute. Care has been taken regarding reliability, easy access for operators, maintenance and service. The F60-2 comes as a free-standing model. It is easy to adapt the machine to different conveyors and applications. The machine is made of stainless steel and meets the high demands in the food industry. The machine is also available in single version, F60.

KENTUCKY former can be fitted with either fixed or adjustable tooling. For tools see separate brochure. KENTUCKY can be equipped with different type of tools and is able to operate with both carton and corrugated board. Size change takes only 2-3 min. The low positioned magazine is a big advantage when handling large blanks.

MINNESOTA is a fully automatic single flap box closer, equipped with hot melt glue or mechanical tuck in closing system. MINNESOTA is capable of operating with both carton board and corrugated materials. Size change with digital read outs gives changeover in 2-3 minutes. All closing operations are made in continuous motion which gives a high output.

The MP-HT uses hot air to form a consumer-sized, conical tray, with separate or hinged lid, from a precut, flat paperboard blank. It is called the Traytite® tray. The tray has web corners, which makes it tight up to the rim. The MP-HT comes with one, two or three forming tools, subject to tray size. To achieve a nicely shaped tray with flanges, the forming is done in two steps. In step one conical trays are formed by means of hot air. In step two, the tray flanges are positively folded for optimal sealing and final appearance.
