The PAC-SERIES is a heavy-duty platform wrapper designed to operate as a stand-alone unit or as an integral component of an automated production line. This inline stretch wrapping system automatically indexes the load into and out of the wrap zone without operator assistance. The PAC-Series stretch wrapper is equipped with a 84" diameter conveyorized turntable for a 4,000Lb. load capacity. This fully automatic stretch wrapping system has the TIEGR film tail capture system leaving no film tails to worry about.

The POWER SERIES pallet stretch wrapper operates in all environments and provides increased labor efficiency by allowing for the entire wrap sequence to be completed without the forklift operator getting off of the truck. The forklift operator sets the pallet onto the turntable platform and activates the wrapping cycle from a remote pendant with an emergency stop feature. Upon completion of the cycle, the stretch wrapper automatically clamps, cuts and secures the film to the pallet to prevent it from unraveling. A large 72" diameter turntable, largest in the industry for this model, protects the film clamp from damage during loading and unloading.

The ELECTRO-WRAP SERIES® automatic rotary tower stretch wrapper requires no pneumatic hookup. This reduces the total energy costs for the machine. It also reduces installation cost as no special pneumatic plumbing or air compressor is required. The machine combines automation and floor space optimization making it great for when you need to stretch wrap unstable pallet loads that are either too light or too heavy to rotate on a turntable wrapper. It wraps faster than a conventional turnable system and gives you flexibility to load the wrap zone with either a fork truck or pallet jack.

The BRANDPAC® BPMP-5000 SERIES is the champion in multipacking equipment for the food and beverage industries. This versatile continuous motion bottom overlap shrink wrapping system operates on demand, without a seal bar to shrink wrap up to 75 unsupported multipacks or trays per minute, depending on the height and weight of the product. Servo technology ensures the wrapper provides gentle product handling and precise wrapping. The BPMP-5000 system uses a wide range of groupers to collate a variety of product shapes into patterns. Quick product changeovers take place in less than 15 minutes with the BRANDPAC®’s pre-programmed product settings, drop-in color coded spacers for infeed lane guides and side film splicer.
