Product is delivered onto the infeed conveyor and is advanced into the centerfold film. It then continues to the seal area, by means of electric eye which sees the front and back of the product. When the product clears the side seal bar both conveyors stop. The self centering seal jaws close, make a seal, and then the seal jaws open to the height set for the product. The outfeed conveyor takes the wrapped product to the tunnel as the infeed conveyor brings a new product into the seal area.

The Eastey Bundling Tunnel offers positive shrinking of all products, assured with 4-directional air flow. Bases are supplied with locking casters and leveling adjusters. Features include high temperature plastic belting, variable speed air flow, AC adjustable blower motor, exit cooling fan, over temperature protection and solid state temperature controller.

Custom Conveyor with shrink band carriers, (carriers customized to each product), on a continuous circle conveyor where product and sleeve is hand fed and hand placed.

Standard features common to all Series of Sealers include: an all-welded frame of 1/4” cold rolled steel, 5/16-inch bolt holes throughout for strength and commonality of parts, locking 3-inch swivel casters, parts drawer in base leg with spare parts kit and instruction manual, frame wired and pre-drilled for addition of optional components when required, seal head casting equipped with double locking bolts and gas shock head return system, wiring is numbered and color coded for easy repair and replacement, and wide product tray for more work room. Has film separation lip for operation ease.

This system is designed to produce either a “Bull’s-eye or Natural Closure” on trayed, individual or multipacked products. The machine utilizes two rolls of single wound film (one top, one bottom) to produce a sleeve around the package. The EB main frame is constructed of 1/4” thick steel and the overall design is extremely rugged. It’s unique seal system is a self centering, chain driven mechanism which insures the seal is formed in the center of the product. This design also provides for equal film usage on both the top and the bottom rolls of film.Changeover on the EB is minimal and this equates to less downtime.

This system is designed to produce either a “bull’s-eye or natural closure” on trayed, individual or multipacked products. The bundler utilizes two rolls of single wound film to produce a sleeve around the package. For easy loading both rolls of film are low, on the same side of the machine and threaded through rollers to an inverter to the seal area. The upper film unwind is powered and the lower one can be, as a option on high profile products. The overall design of the bundler is extremely rugged, built for lasting durability and simple to use.

Standard features include film clamps, magnetic clamping, automatic cycle timing, automatic takeaway conveyor, pin perforator, base and locking casters.

The EET2010 Shrink Tunnel has the "cool side feature” as standard equipment. The outside of the tunnel is cool to the touch. This EET2010 also features electronically controled air speed velocity control and bottom air flow adjustment.

Features include dual heater banks with dual blowers and controls, 120 ft/min conveyor speed, 100 ft/min package speed, cooling fans, leveling adjustments, locking casters, positive shrinking with 4-directional airflow and solid state temperature controllers.
