The Concetti family of palletizers includes the following types of machines: High level and low level push-type palletizers are machines designed to palletize well-packed, solid, and stable bags with a well-defined geometry. Robotic palletizers are suitable for handling small, medium, or large bags containing loose and unstable products. Multi-layer palletizers are Concetti’s answer to the need to use just one machine to palletize two different products coming simultaneously from two separate lines. The multilayer palletizers can have two different handling systems, either robotic or conventional high level.

The Concetti Group's broad range of products includes weighing and filling systems for IBCs (jumbo bags ranging from 500 to 1500 kg). The systems are distinguished by their high-precision weighing and their capacity to handle any type of product: powders, pellets, chemicals, food products, etc. Available with net scale or auger filler, this flexible packaging equipment is perfect for high or low speed applications. The characteristics of the product will essentially determine the type of feed system, which can be gravity, belt or screw types. The operator will be responsible solely for setting the empty IBC in the filling position.

The CONTINUA is CONCETTI's innovative fully automatic bagging system that forms, fills and seals bags made from a reel of tubular thermoplastic material. The use of tubular plastic instead of pre-made bags, in most cases, offers an economic advantage for the customer, since it reduces packaging costs, labor, and ensures continuous use. The Continua is capable of making flat or gusseted bags from PE or PP film. It is compact but very sturdy, designed for decades of production but with a ROI of less than two years in most cases. Complete with scale and bag palletizer, it is an excellent choice for your flexible packaging needs!

The IGF is a fully automatic bagging system designed specifically for filling and closing pre-made open-mouth bags. Because of its particularly small and compact dimensions, it can be installed in any existing production environment. The machines are very versatile so running flat or gusseted bags made from paper, PE, woven PP, and jute are possible. It can be set up with multiple bag closing devices as well! The IGF bagging lines are easily changed from format to format by its self-adjusting and tool-less features.

IMF is Concetti's fully automatic bagging system, with two bagging mouth, up to 1800 bags/hour, designed specifically to fill and close medium open-mouth and gusseted bags. Its particularly compact size means that the machine can be installed in any existing production area. Our IMF is characterized by its great versatility, as it can work with gusseted, paper, coated paper and aluminum bags in a range of sizes, from 2 to 20 kg. This is because the various system components are self-adjusting in order to ensure optimum filling and perfect closing.
