A&B’s balance and High Temperature Short Time (HTST) tanks are designed with strict adherence to 3A sanitary standards and accepted practices. We offer many standard models in any size and also will custom design balance or HTST tanks for special applications. Tanks can be constructed using several types of stainless steel including 14 gauge or 12 gauge, 304 or 316SS. Port connections are typically sanitary clamp or can be designed to accommodate other customer specifications. We can also provide constant level control systems and CIP Spray assemblies.
