Denester Mod. “NEXTRA N10”, configured as follow: Tub infeed from the upstream filling line by a load conveyor, suitable for manual loading too. Automatic pick up of the nest and transfer to the denesting station. If necessary the nest is rotated in order to allow operations with all nest sizes without any format change. Denesting station up to 400/min with syringe discharge in one line: the system guarantees a “drop free” transfer of syringes during denesting without any mechanical shock on the syringe’ flange. The empty nest is automatically reloaded on its tub and moved to the renester by a conveyor. The denester can be directly connected to the optical inspection machine.

NEXTRA N15 Automatic Renester is a machine for handling syringes and for filling the nests inside the tubs.

Semi-automatic Case Packer, designed and built to satisfy small to medium output production requirements: suitable to the customer in need of simplicity and minimal dimensions, but does not want to give up speedand reliability. The pre-formed cases must be placed directly on the loading area. Cartons are fed by conveyor into the stacking unit, where they are collated upwards, as it is programmed through the Operator Interface Panel. The case is then automatically fed and discharged on a free running conveyor.
