Pressure Spray Drying Tower
The materials are atomized into foggy liquid drops by
atomizing nozzle through the high pressure produced
in the high pressure pump and are sprayed into the
drying chamber. The hot air after filtration will
directly contact the materials and the moisture will
be rapidly evaporated and the drops will be dried into
small dry particles.
The equipment is applicable for drying of various heat
sensitive materials, such as milk, soybean milk, liquid
egg, fruit and vegetable juice, liquid medicine, protein
powder, sugar powder, tea leaves and various
powder food additives. It has such advantages as high
drying efficiency and maintaining the effective
components of materials not to be destroyed. It is
currently the first choice equipment for drying and
powder making of the above materials.
The powder collection devices can be classified into
three kinds:
1. Powder collection of bag filter
2. Powder collection of vortex separator (first level,
second level)
3. Two-passage powder collection of vortex separator
and bag filter
According to different heating media, the devices can
be classified into four kinds:
1. Steam
2. Steam and electric assistant
3. Electric heating
4. Heat conducting oil
