Requirements and Solutions
 
Bottle crates need to be cleaned after decrating to
remove foreign objects and surface soiling. The
crate turner removes foreign objects. The crate
washer removes surface soiling. The Innoclean KW
is a compact spray crate washer made of stainless
steel (AISI 304 (1.4301)) designed to wash all
standard plastic beverage crates. The treatment
zones are arranged according to customer
requirements. All processing needs can be met by
offering machines of various lengths and numbers
of lanes.
