Screw-On Closing Machine
Pails with lids placed on them are slid onto the powered section of the
infeed conveyor.
The conveyor carries the pails under the screw closer. The pail is
clamped while the screw closer moves down onto the lid. The lid is
engaged to correctly align the lid/pail threads.
Once the threads are engaged, the closer will screw the lid onto the
pail until the tamperproof latches are engaged.
