DESCRIPTION

The bag filler is a fully automatic horizontal packaging

system for end packing of tissue- and hygiene products in
pre-made (wicket) bags.
Products
Toilet tissue rolls, kitchen towels, facial tissues, paper towels
diapers, sanitary towels
• Modern modular design allows an individual composition
and extension of the machine according to performance
needs, products, product in-feed, -formation and feed of
packing means.
• State-of-the-art servo technology, programme pre-selection
and quick exchange format parts allow a fast and
flexible product and format change.
• A combined rotation and separating device activated by
push button allows in-feed of roll product in lying or
upright position.
• 2 – 6-line in-feed and 1–5-up packaging
• Product formation of 2 x up to 4 x 6 x 3 possible
• Link to B&B-MAF end packaging machines
