The B&B-MAF top loading system
Universa is a fully automatic case packer
which erects and fills utilizing Pick & Place
technology up to 15 cases/min, and
closes the cases with either hot-melt or
self-adhesive tape.
- Good accessibility, a minimum of format
parts resulting in shortest possible
changeover times and ensuring high
efficiency with maximum flexibility
These packaging methods are suitable
for the final packaging of glasses, bottles,
cans, bobbins, shaped bottles as well as
fragile products which can be transported
using suction grippers.
Optional
- Through the utilization of servo drives,
the Universa achieves maximum efficiency with fully automatic changeovers
- Case closing using hot-melt
or self-adhesive tape

The Universa can be equipped with a
large range of additional applications and
handling systems, i.e.:

positioning of products in the case
