Contract Vertical Bagging

SPG's capabilities include vertical bagging, also known as "form, fill and seal" and is
probably the most common bagging method used for food and other consumer friendly
products.

With advanced 16 High speed Vertical FFS Machines, SPG can handle over 40 Million lay
down pouches on a monthly basis! From small sample packs to large fun-size and super
bags we offer a wide variety of sizes with all forming tubes in stock to minimize lead times.

The bags can be done in several forms and different optional enhancements such as: hole
punched, self-starting tear notch, lot codes, nitrogen flushed, labeled and multiple sealing
styles.

All Baggers are equipped with in-line metal detection and check-weighing to ensure the
highest level of quality and safety of your products, and attached to different case and
display packing options.
