Tyvek® Puncture Resistant Pouch

Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging's puncture resistant pouches utilize the
strength of 1073B Tyvek® and a 4.0 mil material lamination to provide the ideal
pouch for the packaging of surgical instruments, medical instruments, and
other angular shaped medical devices or procedural kit trays.
Our 1.0 mil biax nylon/3.0 mil LLDPe film has excellent clarity for product
visibility while providing the durability and strength needed to maintain sterility
throughout sterilization, shipping and storage of your product.
When sealed to uncoated Tyvek®, the film forms a weld seal that requires you
to cut it open for access to your product. When the film is sealed to Tyvek®
with SealScience® adhesive, the result is a peelable pouch that provides a visible
seal transfer for indication of seal integrity.
Oliver-Tolas puncture resistant peel pouches are compatible with EtO
sterilization and radiation sterilization.
