Description
Footage of FT System inspection equipment in use on a carbonated beverage line. Inspections include cap inspection prior to the capper to remove defective caps, fill level inspection with filler valve monitoring, cap inspection with capper head monitoring, label presence and placement inspection using a single camera. Aslo shown is the Quality Control Station performing fully automated, non-destructive inspection of fill volume, cap torque and closer angle as well as internal pressure and CO2 volume.
